• Lead diverse kayaking and sea kayaking activities
• Teach participants about paddling techniques
• Organize and plan kayaking trips effectively




• Maintain safety standards and equipment
• Offer excellent customer service to participants
Requirements:
• Extensive skills in kayaking and sea kayaking
• Experience with backpacking and basic navigation is a plus
• Ability to work with and maintain equipment
• Solid communication and leadership skills
• Preferred certification in First Aid and CPR
