As a key member of the leadership team, the Director of Outreach & Communications will lead the development and execution of communication strategies across all platforms, ensuring that messaging reflects the organization’s mission, values, and vision.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and lead the organization’s overall communications strategy, ensuring alignment with mission and valuesOversee all internal and external communications, including media relations, digital platforms, newsletters, publications, and campaignsStrengthen brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all communication channelsPartner with leadership to craft clear, engaging messages for stakeholders, donors, staff, and the broader communityLead crisis communication planning and provide strategic counsel to senior leadershipBuild and maintain positive relationships with media, community leaders, and partner organizationsGuide and mentor a team of communications staff and/or volunteers, fostering excellence in storytelling, digital engagement,
