Some sites are large, so you'll definitely get your steps in We're looking for flexible team players who can work days, nights, mornings, and/or weekends.Come discover our unique CARE culture and build a career, not just a job Hourly Wage: $ $21.00Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service and assistance and sustain effective relationships with clients, tenants and patronsWrite transparent and detailed reports including incident, emergency, liability and day to day reportsWatch for and report irregularities, such as security breaches, facility and safety hazards, and emergency situations and contact emergency responders as requiredProvide first aid and medical response when required to any person(s)Perform regular foot patrols to ensure personnel, building and equipment securityExercise crowd control and evict trespassers Core Competencies Strong interpersonal and communication skills Excellent customer service skillsA strong working knowledge of non-violent crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques Strong observational skillsAbility to make immediate decisions,
