Your mission is to transform complex compliance and data into a seamless, world‑class experience that empowers our people to focus on changing the future of learning.ResponsibilitiesCommand the Lifecycle: Lead high‑velocity payroll operations across the US and Canada while providing expert validation and support for our EMEA team cycles.Optimize the Engine: Act as the primary visionary for Dayforce, driving the implementation and continuous improvement of payroll solutions across multiple global regions.Engineer Accuracy: Oversee complex deductions, coordinate with ESPP and retirement providers, and manage the precision of involuntary termination data in partnership with Legal.Bridge the Gap: Partner closely with Finance for monthly closings and audits, delivering the granular reporting and insights needed to keep our business agile.Champion the Experience: Serve as the ultimate escalation point for payroll inquiries, solving complex puzzles for our employees with a focus on empathy and speed.Standardize Excellence: Develop and maintain robust payroll documentation and policies, ensuring we stay ahead of evolving regulations and annual tax requirements.Innovate Processes: Identify bottlenecks and implement high‑impact programs that improve employee engagement and awareness of local labor regulations.QualificationsPayroll Pro: 6+ years of payroll mastery,
