The position is 100% site-based, focusing on the administrative and technical management of electrical installations for this major bridge project, bridging the gap between field execution and project documentation to ensure every milestone is met with precision. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day administrative aspects of the electrical portion of the project directly from the site. Coordinate with field teams to ensure technical specifications are followed to the letter. Ensure rigorous cost tracking and manage allocated budgets for electrical components. Negotiate and manage contracts with specialized electrical subcontractors. Develop and update production schedules using MS Project. Actively participate in site meetings in the West Island of Montreal and ensure fluid communication with the client. Qualifications Solid experience in electrical project management, ideally 5 years or more. Strong background in field operations combined with excellent administrative and management skills. Engineering degree is an asset, but not mandatory for this specific role. Hold a valid ASP Construction card. Mastery of Office suite tools and MS Project software. Demonstrate natural leadership and a great capacity for team problem-solving in a high‑pressure environment.
