• Liaise with physicians, families, and care teams
Requirements:
• Must be registered with BCCNM in good standing
• Current CPR/First Aid certification required
• Experience with electronic documentation systems
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
• Previous Long Term Care experience preferred
