We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Awake Overnight Youth Support Worker to join a 24/7 Live-In Treatment program serving female‑identified youth (ages 12‑17) who have experienced sexual exploitation or trafficking. In this essential overnight role, you will help maintain a safe, stable, and healing environment for residents while contributing to meaningful change in their lives.

Location: North York, ON.

- Provide overnight supervision, safety checks, and emotional support in a trauma‑informed environment.
- Respond to safety alerts and manage crisis situations with professionalism and care.
- Complete required documentation and household tasks to maintain a supportive home setting.

What You Bring

- Diploma in the field (Child & Youth Care or BSW/MSW (Bachelor or Masters of Social Work)).
- Minimum 1 year of experience supporting youth with complex needs (e.g., trauma, substance use, or mental health challenges).
- Understanding of anti‑oppressive and trauma‑informed care principles.
- First Aid/CPR and crisis management training are solid assets.
- Broad record police check (BRC) required.

Nice‑to‑Have / Assets

- Certification in Crisis Intervention.
- Experience supporting youth with a trauma‑informed lens.
- Previous experience in live‑in treatment, shelter, or residential programs.
- Experience working with youth impacted by sexual exploitation, trafficking, or gender‑based violence.
- Fluency in another language, including sign language, is an asset.
