As an RPN, you'll lead personal support workers, assess resident needs, and manage care plans. Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with care teams for resident assessments
• Lead PSW team in delivering quality care
• Manage medication distribution and monitor vitals
• Communicate care plans with residents and families
• Accurately document resident care and updates
Requirements:
• Registration with CNO in good standing
• VSS check completed in last 6 months
• First Aid and CPR certifications
