They are recognized for their solid technical expertise, and commitment to safe, high‑quality project delivery.Your new roleAs the Health & Safety Manager, you will oversee all safety initiatives across British Columbia. Reporting to senior leadership - and supported by a direct report - you will lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the company’s health and safety programs. You will drive a positive safety culture by ensuring regulatory compliance, managing WCB claims and incidents, maintaining training and certification records, and offering consistent safety support to employees and leadership teams. You will play an integral role in supporting BC operations while aligning with broader corporate safety initiatives.What you’ll be responsible forYou will lead health and safety activities across office and construction environments by developing and implementing programs, policies, and training. Responsibilities include supporting the JOHSC, conducting incident investigations, managing WCB claims and return‑to‑work programs, and preparing safety documentation for clients, regulators, and internal leadership. You will deliver ongoing training,



conduct site audits and inspections, ensure subcontractor compliance, identify workplace risks, implement corrective actions, and maintain safety documentation and databases. You will also provide expertise on regulations, hazardous substances, fall protection, emergency response, and other specialized topics while supporting field teams with escalations and safety‑related decisions.What you’ll need to succeedPost‑secondary education and/or certification in Health & Safety Experience in construction servicesCOR experience is an assetStrong understanding of OHS legislation, WCB processes, and employment standardsStrong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsExcellent organizational, analytical, and time‑management abilitiesProficiency with Microsoft Office and safety‑related softwareAbility to work independently and collaboratively, with sound judgementAbility to travel to job sites What you’ll get in returnYou will receive a competitive salary in the range of $100,000–$130,000, depending on experience, along with additional benefits.
