- The candidate will be responsible for managing difficult situations with customers
- The candidate must perform general office duties.
- The candidate will be responsible for selling travel products and travel insurance.
- The candidate will be responsible for providing customers with travel information and other details such as regulations, duty-free allowances, health risks and requirements, attractions, and special events.
- The candidate will be responsible for handling cancellations and schedule changes.
- The candidate must make transportation and accommodationreservations using a computerized reservation and ticketing system.




- The candidate will be responsible for providing travel information to clients regarding destinations, transportation, accommodation options and travel costs.

Job Requirements

- The candidate should be fluent in English language.
- The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related industry.
- The candidate should be client focused.
