The Operational Excellence professional drives enterprise‑wide performance improvement by identifying and executing transformation opportunities. They lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives to improve efficiency, eliminate waste, reduce defects, and enhance overall quality, while building organizational capability through the application of modern process improvement methodologies.ResponsibilitiesLead high impact Lean Six Sigma projectsaligned with strategic business goals and KPIs. Partner with cross‑functional teams to identify and execute process improvements using DMAIC and Kaizen methodologies to reduce waste, improve quality, and increase efficiency. Quantify results and ROI, present insights to senior leadership, and support change management through strong stakeholder engagement, visual management, and performance dashboards.Build capability & foster a high‑performing culture of continuous improvementby delivering Lean Six Sigma training, coaching employees at all levels, and mentoring CI practitioners.
