In this role, you'll be part of a growing team at Fresh Prep, working within a refrigerated environment. We are looking for reliable individuals who are self-starters and eager to learn. You will pick, pack, and scan food products to fulfill meal kit orders, ensuring high accuracy rates while meeting time targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Pick and pack food products efficiently for customer orders
• Meet a 99.8% accuracy standard during packing
• Work in a 4-6°C refrigerated environment
• Complete tasks while maintaining time targets
• Follow food safety and quality standards
Requirements:
• Ability to work on time for every shift
• Physically fit to stand for 8 hours and lift 30 lbs
• Comfortable working in cold conditions (0–10°C)
• Experience in a warehouse environment is a plus
• Open to feedback and personal growth
