Tundra Process Solutions is looking for a skilled Lead Valve Technician based in Fort St John. If you have a passion for valves and troubleshooting expertise, this role is for you.
As a Lead Valve Technician, you’ll focus on field servicing, repairs, and inspections of Ball, Gate, and Control Valves. Your key skills will include on-site troubleshooting and pressure testing, while working independently and within a team workplace. Experience in the Oil and Gas sector is crucial for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Service and repair Ball and Gate Valves in the field
• Conduct inspections of Choke and Control Valves
• Troubleshoot issues for clients via phone and email
• Carry out in-house repairs on various valves and components
• Operate forklifts and conduct pressure testing
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Oil and Gas industry
• Valid Forklift Operations Ticket and clean Driver’s Abstract
• Experience in pressure testing preferred
• Hoisting and Rigging training
• Local to Fort St John or willing to relocate
