This role offers an exceptional opportunity for the right candidate to elevate their legal and client-service skills through engagement in local, national, and international corporate finance transactions, public mergers and acquisitions, and a range of securities law matters.Key Qualifications and Attributes:Experience: 2 to 5 years of post-call experience in corporate securities law, with a focus on capital markets and M&A, acquired at a national, regional, or reputable securities boutique law firm.Transactional Expertise: Proven ability to represent issuers, underwriters, and shareholders in domestic and cross-border public offerings and private placements of debt, equity, and structured finance products.Public M&A Proficiency: Experience with public M&A transactions,
