As a Control Room Operator, you will be pivotal in managing photovoltaic and battery energy systems, ensuring adherence to NERC Reliability Standards. This role requires effective communication with international teams, performing real-time monitoring, executing switching orders, and maintaining compliance with various market regulations. Your expertise will support the reliability of the Bulk Electric System globally.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor PV and BESS facilities via SCADA and EMS




• Execute commands in coordination with Transmission Operators
• Recognize and respond to operational disturbances
• Certify compliance with international market regulations
• Provide documentation for ISO 9001 audits
Requirements:
• Diploma in Electrical Engineering
• Previous customer service experience
• Situational awareness and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of PV/BESS operations preferred
• Availability for rotating 12-hour shifts
