Experience in groundskeeping and knowledge of equipment maintenance are necessary for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform general upkeep including snow removal and lawn care
• Safely operate tools and equipment for property maintenance
• Collect refuse and debris for a clean workplace
• Clean outside windows and maintain building exteriors
• Organize supplies including fuels and fertilizers
Requirements:
• Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping
• Skidsteer ticket required for operation
• Willingness to obtain pesticide application certification
• Preferred tickets: confined space and fall protection
• Ability to work varying shifts with minimal supervision
