From 22 offices in 9 countries, with projects in over 80 locations worldwide, we create sustainable outcomes for our people, clients and communities.About the RoleEnsure project team adheres to provided timelines and deliverablesEnsure documentation is maintained throughout the length of the projectCommunicate plans, actions, risks, and issues with key stakeholdersManage and build relationships with multiple teamsAssist the Project Manager(s) with administrative functions and processesManage day-to-day activities for the Project Management teamAnalyze project data and produce progress reportsDevelop and process various documents including agendas, reports, meeting minutes and general correspondence from a wide variety of material such as written drafts, meetings or other sources.Assist with project procedure for travel and lodgingOther administrative duties as requestedAbout YouPreferably a diploma / certificate in business or office management.6 to 10+ year’s related experience in an administrative role,
