About This PositionWe are looking for a Bilingual Trade Resolution Specialist to join our Mutual Fund Department.Salary range: $43k-$47kPosition Type: Replacement for existing vacancyResponsibilitiesResponsibilities and QualificationsInitiate outbound contact with agents via phone, email to address quality of business issues and deficient tradesCommunicate required corrections, missing information, or documentation needed to resolve deficienciesLog all inquiries, agent communication on spreadsheet and matching of responses to the appropriate tradesResponsible for sending resolved trades to be scanned and returning un-resolved manual trades (kickbacks) to agents via ICSLog the status of calls made, emails sent, being resolved or kicked backPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity report for management including Top 10 deficienciesOther duties as may be assignedQualificationsPost secondary education or equivalent knowledge through working experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English and FrenchQuick learner and ability to work well both independently and in a team environmentExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a high volume, fast-paced environmentProficient in MS Office (excel, word)It has been and will continue to be the policy of Primerica, Inc., and its subsidiaries to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
