Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to IT systems
• Install, configure, and maintain end-user workstation devices




• Assist helpdesk support for timely issue resolution
• Collaborate with departments on IT system usage
• Perform additional duties as directed by management
Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 year in a similar IT support role
• Knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and operational planning
• Relevant post-secondary education is an asset
• Valid Saskatchewan driver’s license or transport access
