The Richmond School District is seeking a full-time, permanent Plumber to enhance its Facilities Services department. You'll operate at a journeyperson level, handling installations, upgrades, and repairs while ensuring protected plumbing practices. Your expertise will be vital in developing plans and providing technical advice to staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install, upgrade, repair, and test plumbing systems
• Respond to plumbing emergencies across district facilities
• Create manual plans and sketches for job layouts




• Offer technical support to District staff as needed
• Maintain a district vehicle and its materials inventory
Requirements:
• Grade 12 education or equivalent
• BC Certificate of Apprenticeship and Qualification in Plumbing
• 2 years’ experience as a Journeyperson
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Valid Class 5 BC Driver's License
