This hands-on role helps ensure accurate, effective, and timely order fulfillment while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards. The Team Lead works closely with operations leadership to support continuous improvement across shipping and warehouse activities.CompensationHourly rate: $27.00 - $30.00 per hourKey Responsibilities- Lead and support daily outbound shipping activities, working alongside the team- Provide day-to-day guidance, coaching,



and on-the-job training for shipping staff- Help coordinate daily workflow, staffing coverage, and task prioritization- Ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time- Monitor shipping volumes and flag capacity or resource issues to leadership- Reinforce safety procedures and warehouse best practices- Coordinate with Customer Service, Inventory, and Operations teams to resolve shipping issues- Support carrier coordination and ensure shipping documentation is completed accurately- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and efficiency of the shipping area- Identify and escalate process improvement opportunities to reduce errors, costs, and delays- Assist leadership with peak-season readiness and workload planningQualifications- 2+ years of experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations- Prior experience in a lead or senior associate role preferred- Strong understanding of shipping processes and warehouse workflows- Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced, hands-on environment- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills- Comfortable using warehouse systems and shipping software- Effective communication and organizational skills- Ability to lift required weight and stand for extended periods
