PAG Direct is hiring three Service Appointment Coordinators to boost our Business Development Center. This full-time role demands a proactive approach to handling customer communications and appointment coordination. Key Responsibilities:
• Drive customer communications through phone and digital platforms
• Coordinate repair and service appointments for maximum efficiency

Requirements:
• 1–2 years of relevant service experience
• At least 2 years in outbound calling or telemarketing

• Language skills in Farsi, Hindu, Cantonese/Mandarin, or Russian are preferable
