This role requires individuals who have prior experience working in shelters or similar high-interaction environments, supporting vulnerable populations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate solid de-escalation skills, the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting, and professionalism when managing challenging behaviors. This position plays a critical role in maintaining a safe, respectful, and controlled environment for residents, staff, and visitors. Key ResponsibilitiesAccess Control & MonitoringControl and monitor access to the facility Verify identification, manage entry logs, and ensure only authorized individuals enter the shelter De-escalation & Conflict ManagementRespond to behavioral incidents involving shelter residents or visitors Utilize verbal de-escalation techniques and trauma-informed approaches Maintain calm,
