TreaterPermanent Full-TimeAbbotsford, BCReference Number: NWP-BC-ABB SUMMARYReporting to the General Manager, the Treater is responsible for efficiently and accurately operating the treating cylinders and other equipment to chemically treat wood products.EXPECTED CONTRIBUTIONSEnsure treating plant area is well maintained and equipment is in valuable working orderReport any safety or maintenance issues to Management in a timely mannerAdhere to all work safety rules and regulationsComplete Treating Charges based on pre-determined guidelinesConfirm Charges are properly tallied and recorded both on paper data sheets and computer systemsAccurately tag and complete charge sheetsLoad and unload infeed and outfeed to the staging areaEnsure accuracy of all tallies and all loads by performing quality control checksInspect all loads for damageRequirementsKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS,
