and stay organized in a fast‑paced environmentWhat You’ll DoAs a Condominium Manager, you will take ownership of the daily operations of your assigned property. Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):Operations & AdministrationOversee the day‑to‑day management of the condominium propertyPrepare Property Management Reports and Board meeting packagesEnsure timely collection of Common Element Fees and follow up on arrearsCoordinate maintenance, repairs, and contracted servicesOversee insurance renewals and compliance with the Condominium Act, 1998Staff & Team ManagementRecruit, train, and supervise on‑site staffConduct performance evaluations and implement corrective actions as neededEnsure all staff are trained under the Occupational Health & Safety Act and other applicable legislationsFoster a professional and collaborative on‑site team environmentCommunication & Relationship ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for residents, owners, trades, and the Board of DirectorsAddress inquiries, complaints, and concerns promptly and professionallyBuild positive working relationships that enhance resident satisfaction and community well‑beingCompliance & OversightEnsure the property meets all safety and regulatory requirementsMonitor operational, maintenance, and financial activities to ensure accuracy and complianceAssist with ad hoc projects, special reports, or management initiatives as requiredYou’ll be an essential contributor to Duka’s mission of delivering seamless property management, operational excellence, and exceptional service to the communities we serve.What It’s Like to Work at Duka?At Duka, you’ll be part of a collaborative, experienced team that values professionalism, integrity,
