- The candidate will be responsible for preparing, sanding, and trimming wooden furniture and fixture parts.
- The candidate will be responsible for recording information about the products inspected.
- The candidate must set up and operate finishing machines, or finish furniture by hand.
- The candidate must assemble wooden or metal furniture and fixture parts to form subassemblies and complete articles.
- The candidate must read blueprints and drawings.
- The candidate must reinforce assembled furniture and fixtures with dowels or other supports.
- The candidate will be responsible for installing hardware on furniture and fixtures.
- The candidate will be responsible for inspecting furniture and fixture subassemblies and finished products to ensure that they meet quality standards.
- The candidate must mark defective parts or products for repair.
- The candidate must make minor repairs to furniture.

Job Requirements

- The candidate should be fluent in French language.
- The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.




- Candidate having experience is an asset.
- The candidate must be able to lift more than 45 kg (100 lbs).
- The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
- The candidate should be organized and adaptable in nature.
- The candidate should be reliable.The candidate should be a good team player.
- The work site environment is noisy, and the candidate must be able to work with complete concentration even in such conditions.
