Key Responsibilities:
• Implement treatment plans from supervising OT/PT
• Assist clients with mobility and exercise programs
• Monitor and document client progress during treatment




• Provide caregiver education for effective home care
• Maintain communication with the rehabilitation team
Requirements:
• Valid OTA/PTA certification from a recognized institution
• Relevant work experience in home health care
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Negative TB test and CPR/First Aid certification
• Reliable transportation for client visits
