Full Time Sales Representative

Compensation

Guaranteed hourly wage plus performance‑based bonus, paid weekly. $760 to $1,750+ per week.

Responsibilities

- Sells programs and services to current and prospective customers around assigned territory.
- Conducts follow‑up of leads and customer retention/service calls through telephone and person‑to‑person contact to identify customer needs.
- Develops customized solutions based on customer needs, using the TruGreen suite of lawn care products and services.

Qualifications

- No experience required.
- Valid driver’s license not required but considered an asset.
- Criminal background check required prior to hire.
