Job OverviewWe're looking for passionate and dedicated Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs): both full-time and part-time contractors who are enthusiastic about health, wellness, and advancing their careers. As a valued member of the FLUID team, you'll enjoy consistent shifts while delivering exceptional service that encourages strong client loyalty. You'll tailor treatment plans to meet each guest's specific wellness goals.At FLUID, we take a collaborative, integrative approach to client care. Our team works together to cross-refer among our range of wellness services including physiotherapy, chiropractics and shockwave therapy.Scheduling:We're seeking independent contractors with up to 30 hours of weekly availability.Primary Responsibilities:Deliver exceptional treatments, consistently meeting FLUID's premium standards with precision, care, and professionalism.Conduct thorough client assessments and treatments in full alignment with regulations.Encourage clients to rebook by creating personalized, results-driven treatment plans that support their long-term wellness goals.Accurately complete SOAP notes after each session to ensure continuity of care.Maintain a spotless and sanitized treatment room after each guest, preparing the space for the next practitioner.Foster a positive, cooperative team environment by actively supporting and engaging with colleagues.Collaborate with fellow practitioners to develop holistic,
