What You’ll Do

* Lead a team on residential landscape construction projects
* Read and interpret landscape plans
* Operate a variety of equipment with confidence
* Coordinate subcontractors and ensure project timelines are met
* Maintain robust communication with clients and the team
* Regular lifting of up to 50 lbs and physical outdoor work

What We’re Looking For





* Minimum 3 years of experience leading a landscape construction crew
* A strong team player with a “we all win together” attitude
* Confident using equipment and solving problems on the fly
* Great communicator who’s client-focused and dependable
* Comfortable directing subcontractors on site

Qualifications

* G class driver’s license with clean driving record (required)
* AR license with Z endorsement (preferred)

Schedule

* Monday to Friday
* 10-hour shifts
* No weekends
