Strategic & Financial Planning Build and maintain multi‑year corporate and financial plans aligned with long‑term strategic growth priorities Develop scenario models and sensitivity analyses to evaluate strategic options and risks Partner cross‑functionally to ensure financial plans reflect operational and strategic realities Prepare executive‑ready presentations and decision materials for senior leadership and asset owners Standardize financial models and presentation templates to support consistency and scalability Business Development & Corporate Development Support business development initiatives through financial analysis and pitch materials Underwrite new development and management contracts through analyzing revenue and cost drivers to assess NOI growth, margins, and returns Assist with M&A and partnership evaluations, including modeling, due diligence, and benchmarking Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform strategic positioning Performance Management & Insights Partner with Operations and Finance to monitor performance against strategic and contractual commitments Support contract and investment performance reviews What do you need to succeed? Must Have Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with focus on Accounting or Finance CPA, CFA, and / or CBV Designation or equivalent (or in the process of obtaining) 2 - 4 years in financial analysis, FP&A, corporate development, or consulting Advanced financial modeling, Excel, and PowerPoint skills Curious, detail‑oriented, and eager to grow into increasing responsibility Strong business judgment, communication, and stakeholder management skills Nice to Have Experience in the real estate industry Experience with OneStream Experience with Yardi Experience with data visualization tools (i.E.
