Your technical expertise and collaborative mindset will help deliver solutions that are resilient, sustainable, and future‑focused.Your ImpactLead multimodal transportation design for municipal, provincial, transit, and private development projects, applying engineering judgment to produce solutions that meaningfully improve community mobility.Deliver high‑quality functional, conceptual, and preliminary roadway and transportation design packages that shape safe, accessible infrastructure.Develop innovative transportation studies and planning analyses for roads, transit corridors, and site circulation, supporting smarter, more sustainable movement of people and goods.Partner with clients, agencies, and multidisciplinary teams to align technical requirements, find efficiencies, and develop creative, context‑appropriate design outcomes.Oversee site plan reviews for projects of varying scales to ensure alignment with municipal standards, operational needs, and effective site functionality.Lead the preparation of construction staging and traffic management plans that meet NSPW, TAC, and municipal design standards.Uphold quality assurance and quality control across all deliverables through governance, mentorship, and rigorous application of best practices.Mentor junior and intermediate staff through continuous knowledge sharing, coaching,
