This full-time role reports to the General Manager and focuses on delivering high-quality fitness classes that promote member retention. As an instructor, you will clean equipment, adapt exercises for participants, and ensure safety in all activities. You’ll also engage with other departments to enhance overall community fitness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome fitness class participants and answer inquiries
• Clean equipment and encourage participant cleanliness
• Conduct classes while modifying exercises as needed




• Demonstrate secure use of equipment and enforce policies
• Address member concerns and report incidents promptly
Requirements:
• Background in fitness instruction or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of safety procedures in fitness environments
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training sessions
