Job Description

Responsibilities

- Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
- Repair damage to vehicle body panels.
- Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles.
- Replace interior and exterior parts, electrical components, and accessories.
- Remove and install welded and sectioned parts.
- Assess and repair structural components of a vehicle.
- Use frame equipment.
- Apply new knowledge and skills to maintain a high level of quality and productivity, contributing to KPIs (Sales/CP/EBITA/BHPD/NPS).
- Take responsibility for outcomes and continuously seek learning opportunities to improve performance.

Education and Experience Requirements

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a Post‑Secondary Auto Body Repair Program.
- Minimum 3 years of Auto Body Technician experience.
- Welding experience (MIG, TIG).
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and possess a valid driver’s license.
- Must have own toolbox.

Preferred Qualifications

- Red Seal or 310B certification preferred.
- I‑Car Registered (working toward Gold Class certification) preferred.

Compensation

$90,000 – $140,000 per year. Compensation is commensurate with skill, education, and experience.
