Reporting to the Vice President, Finance, this is a leadership role responsible for ensuring the integrity of our financial operations, strengthening internal controls, and delivering accurate, timely financial reporting that supports strategic decision-making.This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in both operational execution and continuous improvement, while developing a high-performing team.Your key responsibilities will include:Leading, mentoring, and developing the accounting team (6) to deliver high-quality financial services across the organizationOverseeing full-cycle accounting, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processesEnsuring accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in compliance with regulatory and banking requirementsEstablishing and maintaining strong internal controls, policies, and procedures to mitigate risk and ensure complianceManaging cash flow, including forecasting, asset management, and foreign currency hedging strategiesOverseeing accounts receivable and payable functions, including credit risk assessments and collectionsPartnering with cross-functional leaders and the senior leadership team to provide financial insights, analysis, and KPI reportingSupporting budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis and recommendationsLeading audit processes and acting as the primary liaison with external auditorsDriving process improvements, system enhancements,
