The Regional Manager is responsible for ensuring the delivery and expansion of quality Pre-Kindergarten programs and services for their region. The Regional Manager, Pre-Kindergarten is also responsible for providing subject matter expertise (SME) support to the YMCA. They will provide direct leadership, support, and supervision to Pre-Kindergarten staff (including administrative staff) and volunteers. You would be responsible for overseeing the quality of program delivery, facilities/equipment and regulatory and stakeholder relationships. Access to a vehicle and a valid Newfoundland driver's license is required for this position, as there is travel involved. This is an in person position based out of St. John's at our Child Care offices. Job RequirementsEarly Childhood Education with Level 3 Preschool, Pre-K, School Age (preferred) however; Level 2 Preschool, Pre-K, School Age will be considered based on centre based experienceExperience working in early learning and child care environmentsExperience with licensing policies, regulations and supervising staffAbility to work a flexible scheduleChild Care Management experienceExperience in scheduling, program development,
