Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Concord, ON, for a Payroll Specialist. The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for processing and administering payroll accurately and on time, managing employee payroll records, handling garnishments, and ensuring compliance with all relevant payroll tax regulations. Other duties include maintaining payroll systems, assisting with audits, resolving payroll discrepancies,



and providing exceptional service to employees regarding their payroll inquiries.QualificationsProficiency in Payroll Administration, including maintaining accurate employee payroll recordsExperience with Payroll Taxes, Payroll Processing, and ensuring timely and compliant paymentsKnowledge of Garnishments and Payroll Services, with the ability to manage employee inquiriesStrong skills in attention to detail, organization, and time managementExperience with payroll software and systems; familiarity with relevant regulations is an assetBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in accounting, human resources, or a related fieldSalary: Based on experience $55,000 to $65,000 annually
