Key Responsibilities Client retention and relationship management

Present contract renewal proposals and renew service contracts

Present inspections reports and equipment deficiencies

Work closely with client to ensure compliance

Advocate on client’s behalf with Operations team to ensure satisfaction

Manage portfolio of accounts

Develop rapport and earn trust to establish long-term partnerships

Negotiate in the best interests of both parties





Hit retention targets Experience you bring Customer service focused experience in a B2B environment preferred

Experience in fire protection or mechanical/electrical contracting a definite asset

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Ability to handle and execute on multiple priorities simultaneously

Strong organizational, time management and leadership skills
