WhatYou’llBe Contributing:

- Process vendor invoices and ensure appropriate supporting documentation is received.

- Match invoices to purchase orders and investigate discrepancies.

- Coordinate with Procurement, Project Controllers, and Project Managers to resolve invoice issues.

- Prepare customer invoices, progress billings,



and credit memos as required.

- Apply customer payments and assist with monitoring outstanding receivables.

- Process journal entries and maintain accurate general ledger records.

- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and supporting schedules.

- Assist with month-end and year-end close activities, including accruals and prepaid expenses.

- Maintain project cost records and ensure transactions are coded correctly.

- Support Work-in-Progress (WIP) reporting by providing accurate accounting information.

- Maintain organized electronic documentation for audit and compliance purposes.

- Assist with internal and external audit requests.

- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and controls.
