We are seeking an Administrative Support III to provide essential administrative and clerical support within our department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.Reporting to the AP Clinical Supervisor, the Administrative Support III plays a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the department by providing comprehensive administrative and clerical support.
This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality.As an Administrative Support III, you will:Enter and process consults accurately and efficiently.Perform send-out activities and coordinate related documentation.Complete data entry and maintain departmental records.Prepare a variety of reports, correspondence, and other documents.Support quality assurance activities and departmental initiatives.Assist with case assembly, tracking, and distribution.Manage timekeeping processes.Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and minutes.Provide general administrative support to the department as required.Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution by supporting clinical operations and helping ensure the efficient delivery of services.
