The Company is seeking a Vice President, Business Technology to join their team. This strategic senior leadership role is pivotal in enabling the organization's capability through technology, information, enterprise systems, and digital services. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a business technology strategy that aligns with the company's purpose, vision, and long-term priorities. This includes ensuring that technology investments strengthen operations, employee experience, client value, and measurable business outcomes.
The role also involves providing strategic leadership, championing organizational change, and overseeing the governance, risk, and resilience of business technology.
Key responsibilities for the Vice President, Business Technology include serving as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing executive-level leadership for the company's ERP platform and enterprise business systems, and overseeing the delivery and performance of technology infrastructure, applications, and services. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of progressive leadership experience in business technology, enterprise systems, or related fields, with a proven track record in leading enterprise technology functions and organizational change. They should possess a deep understanding of cybersecurity, privacy, risk management, data governance, and emerging technology enablement, and have exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is required, and equivalent experience will be considered.
