At Swish, our people are at the heart of everything we do.About the Role: The Warehouse Associate is responsible for picking customer orders and delivering them to the delivery platform while maintaining the warehouse in a safe and orderly fashion.Key Responsibilities: Safety-focused operation of powered equipment: lift trucks, power walkies, pump trucks, and order picking machineWork safely and efficiently while adhering to all company and health and safety policies and proceduresEffectively load and unload trucks/trailers, placing stock in designated locationsConduct final inspection of goods leaving the buildingMaintain warehouse inventory data systemProactively maintain the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse, including exterior walkways and parking areasCommunication with drivers for deliveries or pick ups, working as a team to complete tasksTake daily direction from Operations ManagerOther duties as assignedWorking Conditions:Environment: Work is primarily performed in a warehouse setting with exposure to varying temperatures depending on season (cold in winter, heat in summer) and occasional outdoor work (loading/unloading, maintaining exterior walkways).Physical Demands: Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching,
