Key Responsibilities:
• Provide ongoing mental health and psychosocial client services
• Screen and assess client needs for treatment planning




• Initiate community development initiatives for health care
• Participate in initiatives evaluation within primary health care
• Promote quality health care outcomes in service delivery
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) preferred
• Undergraduate degree in a health-related field
• Acceptable: Bachelor of Physical or Occupational Therapy
• Must adhere to organizational policies and procedures
• HSAS members given preference for this role
