Union rates apply and all benefits are provided through the International Union of Operating Engineers, Local 115.

Compensation

- $32.23-$39.27 per hour, depending on experience and education
- Vacation pay: 13% of your hourly wage
- Benefits eligibility: After completing 250 hours
- Pension contributions: $5.00 per hour worked

What You’ll Do

Heavy Equipment Operator

- Operate rock trucks, loaders, excavators, dozers,



graders & more
- Dig trenches, fine grade, load trucks
- Inspect and maintain machinery
- Work safely and efficiently on active civil job sites

Pipe Layer

- Install water, storm, and sanitary pipe systems
- Operate compaction equipment
- Handle site prep and trenching
- Maintain high safety standards and compliance with provincial regs

What You’ll Bring

- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Civil construction experience an asset
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, safety-focused, and self-motivated
