Our specialized inter-professional teams will work with families to support patients' plan of care and goals with compassion and excellence.Position SummaryResponsible and accountable for decisions and actions of the provision and management of nursing care for patients; Provides nursing assessment, contributes to the care plan development, provides goal oriented treatment/interventions, patient and family education and support to address medical, cognitive,
