The Team Lead must possess a thorough knowledge of all current processes and be able to assist other team members as needed to support daily activities.What You Will DoLead and coordinate teams in warehouse, inventory, material handling and reverse logistics (Returns) areas to meet production goals as well as accuracy, safety, cost, inventory, and team objectives.Recognize scheduling,



coverage gaps in all work areas and move team members as needed to meet production requirements and shipping deadlines. Support teams in warehouse, inventory, material handling and reverse logistics (Returns) areas to meet production goals as well as accuracy, safety, cost, inventory, and team objectives.Orientate, train & develop, motivate, counsel and assist team members in work instructions, inventory control standards, and the balanced flow of work and problem resolution.Monitor and audit daily inventory control reports.
