This role leads the laundry team, manages daily operations, and coordinates with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure timely processing and delivery of laundry items. The Laundry Operations Manager is responsible for maintaining quality standards, optimizing productivity, managing inventory and equipment,



and supporting team development while ensuring a safe, organized, and efficient working setting that enhances the overall guest and employee experience.Key Responsibilities:Guest Experience & ServiceEnsure all guest linens, uniforms, and laundry items meet Cabot’s luxury cleanliness and presentation standardsSupport timely processing and delivery of guest laundry requests and operational linen needsAddress laundry-related guest and departmental concerns promptly and professionally to maintain service excellenceOperations & Department OversightOversee daily laundry operations, including washing, drying, pressing, folding, and distribution of linens and uniformsEnsure all laundry facilities, equipment, and work areas are clean, organized, and operating efficientlyMonitor laundry productivity, quality control, and turnaround times to support operational needs across the propertyManage inventory levels for linens, uniforms, chemicals, and laundry supplies while maintaining cost control and minimizing wasteCoordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure adequate linen availability and timely service deliveryLead, coach, and develop laundry team members, including attendants and supervisorsConduct onboarding, training, and performance management to maintain operational and safety standardsFoster a positive, accountable, and safety-focused team environmentEnsure compliance with WHMIS, health and safety regulations, and proper chemical handling proceduresAdministrative & ReportingManage scheduling, staffing levels, and payroll to align with occupancy and operational demandsComplete daily operational reports, including productivity, linen usage, equipment issues, and inventory trackingMaintain accurate records, maintenance logs,
