We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead sales efforts across Holiday Inn Express & Suites Vaughan Southwest, Element by Marriott Vaughan Southwest, and Home2 Suites by Hilton Vaughan Toronto. Ideal candidates are local residents of the Vaughan/GTA area with a valid driver's license, bringing a strong background in hotel group sales. Your ability to prospect and close deals will be essential for our success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive group business for three top-tier properties
• Build and maintain relationships with local clients




• Prospect and close deals in the SMERF market
• Collaborate with hotel teams for client satisfaction
• Participate in networking events to enhance visibility
Requirements:
• Experience in hotel SMERF group sales
• Local candidates preferred from Vaughan/GTA area
• Valid driver’s license for client calls
• Proven track record in sales hunting
• Full-time availability for in office work
