JOB TITLE: Junior Accountant EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time, Permanent, Hybrid Responsibilities - Full cycle accounting with core responsibility for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.

- Maintain Accounts Receivable records to ensure aging is up to date, credits and collections are applied, and miscellaneous differences are reviewed and addressed.
- Perform daily cash management duties, including the recording of bank deposits, updating and distribution of cash receipt logs, and posting of cash to the accounts receivable sub-ledger.
- Perform routine accounting work following established procedures, such as posting a variety of accounting entries, maintaining the billing system, and preparing invoices.
- Prepare, analyze, and monitor journal entries, reconciliations, and reports for the General Ledger.
- Monitor multiple mailboxes and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Assist more senior staff in preparation of complex reports and financial statements.
- Comply with all relevant regulations and reporting requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications - Post-secondary education with enrollment in a professional accounting program (CPA)



plus 2 to 3 years of related work experience.

- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); proficient use of MS Excel functions.
- Experience with SAP Concur-Expense and AP Essentials is an asset.
- Attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to develop relationships with partners and stakeholders in a shared service model.
- Healthcare and/or government sector experience is nice to have.

ANNUAL SALARY: $60,000 – 85,000 PERFORMANCE BONUS: Up to 6% of annual salary What We Offer - Group Benefits: Coverage begins on the employee's first day and includes a Health Care Spending Account and Personal Spending Account (depending on allocation).

Adaptable Work Arrangement

Employees are expected to work on-site at least once per month at our Toronto office (4 New Street, Toronto, ON), with additional in-office days as required based on business needs. Hybrid schedules are determined collaboratively between employees, managers, and teams.
