Collaborating closely with various teams ensures that each property meets exceptional quality and aesthetic benchmarks. Key Responsibilities:

- Assess property quality in office and identify improvement opportunities




- Develop and implement continuous improvement plans for assets
- Oversee landscaping evolution in collaboration with specialized consultants
- Manage design projects to enhance customer experience
- Ensure adherence to Carbonleo’s Design Criteria across assets Requirements:
- University degree in relevant design field
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience
- Strong problem-solving and observational skills
